Hi there! my name is Joseph and I have created this community to help people like me and you! Over the years I've felt alone with my mental health and sometimes in the dark when it comes to therapy and waiting times... Beat your mind is a place you can come to ease these feelings. I will be a regular on the page answering your questions and speaking to you guys directly. I have over 15 years experience looking after people with mental health issues and learning disabilities. I will be holding weekly zoom calls when the group takes off and Will hold various different events to bring this community together. Courses will be added for free to help with every individual condition and shed some light onto why we think the way we do, how we can cope with thinking the way we do and why it is okay to think the way we do. Please be respectful and kind at all times as it is YOU \(the community\) that will be helping everyone that joins this group.
