Authentically AuDHD is a supportive community for women navigating life with ADHD, autism, or a combined AuDHD profile. Whether you are newly diagnosed, self identified, or still exploring what neurodivergence means for you, this space is here to support you.

The focus of this group is understanding how AuDHD shows up in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, work, and everyday life. It is a place for learning, reflection, shared experiences, and practical tools, all through a neuro affirming lens.

The community is led by someone with lived experience, alongside training in counselling, ADHD coaching, and neurodiversity. This is not a therapy space, but a community rooted in understanding, validation, and connection.

This group is for women who want clarity, language for their experiences, and a place where they do not need to mask or have everything figured out.
