Women in Accounting Pathways is a structured community helping young women from underserved backgrounds move from school into careers in accounting, audit, and tax.

Students follow a clear path from high school through university into the profession, learning through practical courses in accounting, audit, tax, and personal development, supported by mentorship and real-world guidance.

Members access daily calls, group sessions, and one-to-one support to build skills and confidence. They also join discussions, attend webinars with industry professionals, and gain insight into the profession.

The community connects students to internships, vacation work, job opportunities, and exposure to leading firms. Tools, exam support, and cheat sheets help them succeed academically and prepare for the workplace.

The focus is on access, representation, and creating real career opportunities.
