I’m naturally unhurried, reflective, and creative, but years of pushing against my own rhythm left my nervous system frazzled. This space is part of my return to my natural way of being.

This isn’t about fixing ourselves or pretending to be calm - it’s about learning to work with our nervous systems, reconnecting with nature, and protecting our native pace.
