The Physician Leadership Forum is a facilitated space for physicians to develop leadership judgment with clarity, integrity, and longevity.

Grounded in Ubuntu principles, the Forum supports thoughtful dialogue around promotion, influence, boundaries, and system realities, without performance or burnout.

The Forum includes a curated leadership curriculum organized around orientation, awareness, deliberation, and readiness. Materials are optional, non-sequential, and designed to support dialogue and judgment, not coursework.
