Welcome to Good Ol’ Plants Wellness Community. Lady Keoki, a Christian, educator and Plant- Based Wellness Advocate, designed this platform to support anyone who wants an opportunity to look to good ol plants as a key component to achieving better health.
Keoki has obtained a Vegan Health Coach Certificate and is currently working to achieve her certificate through T. Colin Campbell Program. In addition, Keoki is received her Biblical Studies Certificate through The Women’s Institute of Ministry.
Keoki’s own health success is a testimony. After being told that she was pre diabetic, she decided to try consuming mostly plants for better health. In less than 9 months, she lost 49 pounds naturally. She is no longer labeled prediabetic. Upon seeing results, she has been on a mission to support others in mindful eating by consuming mostly plants.Welcome to the Good Ol’ Plants Community.
