Welcome to my Skool! My name is Juli Mae Munro. I am an Indigenous American with deep passions for a natural lifestyle. I am a mother, a business owner, and a forever student. With certs ranging from 300hr Ayurvedic Practitioner, 200hr Yoga teacher \(Baptiste Style Power\), 75hr breathwork&meditation teacher, with a Medicinal Plant Certification from Cornell. My motto is “living life palms up”, and my Skool is a lot like that. I will cover Ayurveda basics, Yoga flows for your everyday life, powerful breathwork and meditation practices, and herbalism ranging from foraging, medicine making, and important basic herbal education.
