Learning to effectively use the nunchaku \(nunchucks\) is one of those skill sets that improve SO many things about how a person moves through the world. It trains both sides of the brain and is thus a moving meditation of sorts. It improves hand-eye coordination. It improves overall coordination. If you take it far enough it can improve fitness, mobility and flexibility. And like all skillsets, if you stick with it, it will increase your belief in yourself as you watch yourself continuously improve in an endless upward spiral.
