In this world today, it is more important than ever to reconnect with our feelings and re-process emotions that were buried underneath from years, even decades ago.

It's the age of shorts and AI, and although we are becoming "closer" through social media, we are creating more emotional barriers, including with others and ourselves.

It is hard to trust people when everyone puts up a fake persona, in order to impress people, they may not even like.

This community was created in order to preserve authenticity, and cultivate trust to further your inner child development. We are here to support each other.
