Our identity is the soul or self. Self has two aspects. The Higher self called Ruh and the lower self called nafs. The Ruh is pure and is always longing to be connected with it’s source ie Allah. But the nafs keeps the soul pulling down with desires of this temporary world and it’s adornments. This platform is to achieve that soundness of being connected with Allah by aligning the nafs with the Ruh through self coaching the nafs through the guidance from Quran and Sunnah.
Once we align our nafs with the Ruh, our true potentials are unlocked which in turn can benefit ourselves and the community.
We will discuss here how to delay gratifications and the important steps that should be adopted in the face of tests and trials.
