Many aches and imbalances don’t come from one major event. They often develop gradually through daily patterns ~ how we sit, stand, carry weight, or move without noticing.
This is a calm environment focused on awareness. Small adjustments that can support comfort and balance over time and using the not so well known Dorn Method Self-help Exercises.
Inside the Classroom you’ll follow a simple repeating cycle that explores:

Each week includes short guidance, learning Dorn Method Self-help exercises and realistic habit suggestions you can integrate into everyday life to help your Back.
