This community was created to support people who want to care for their Back, Posture and Everyday Movement through gentle, practical habits.

Many aches and imbalances don’t come from one major event. They often develop gradually through daily patterns ~ how we sit, stand, carry weight, or move without noticing.
This is a calm environment focused on awareness. Small adjustments that can support comfort and balance over time and using the not so well known Dorn Method Self-help Exercises.
