This is a space for learning, sharing, and supporting each other through a holistic approach to health, rooted in functional nutrition and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I was raised in a home where food was everything, shaped by my mom’s cooking and her focus on my health through allergies and gluten intolerance. In 2017, her shocking ovarian cancer diagnosis changed my life. As I navigated my own health issues like anxiety and hormone imbalances through her journey, I found healing with nutrition and lifestyle shifts. After losing her in 2020, I felt called to help others reconnect with their bodies and build lasting health, not just to survive, but to thrive.

I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a private 1:1 practice while building community on the side. I believe every body is unique, but also capable of healing with the right knowledge and tools. Here we focus on nutrition, lifestyle, and balance to support energy, digestion, and SO much more!
