Welcome to DadPlan!

My name is Sam and I am a 31 year old dad of two young boys, aged 3 and 5. I am a former international athlete and, over the last 10 years, I have helped people of all ages and abilities to improve their strength, fitness and lifestyles- from wealthy CEOs and professional athletes, to disadvantaged teenagers. I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a post-graduate diploma in Health and Wellbeing Physiology, amongst other coaching qualifications.

And yet, even with all of this knowledge and experience, I STILL find myself struggling with motivation and making positive changes in my life. This is why I created DadPlan- to help myself, and others, to create real, lasting change and make fatherhood a team sport.
