I’m the woman behind this chao relationship coach, ex–frontline social worker of 17+ years, mum, nanna, and a self-confessed classy bogan who swears a bit, loves hard, and gives a real shit.
What I do is simple: I help high-functioning humans the strong ones, fixers, and “I’ve got it” types feel safe in their body, clear in their head, and connected in their relationships, without blowing their life up or pretending to be someone they’re not.
My work focuses on nervous system regulation, the biology of connection, masculine/feminine energy \(no culty crap\), attachment, communication, emotional safety, courage, and self-trust — all aimed at building a life that feels rich, alive, and real, not just “fine.”
I don’t do fluffy mindset shit, manifest-and-wait nonsense, or shame and blame.
