𝗔𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 is a member-based nonprofit dedicated to protecting & strengthening the STR community across Atlanta and surrounding area. Our members are 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀, 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀, & 𝗦𝗧𝗥 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 who believe in the value STRs bring to families, neighborhoods, & the city at large.

We provide advocacy at the city & state levels, ensuring your rights are represented as regulations evolve. We equip members with compliance resources, legal updates, & tools to operate responsibly & profitably. Through Zoom meetings, in-person gatherings, & an active online community, you'll stay informed & connected.

All dues & contributions fund education, advocacy, & legal efforts. Together, we 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, & 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝘀 as a vital part of ATL's housing & tourism economy.
