ADHD Reset Club
Tiny resets for hard days.
No pressure. No catch-up. No shame.
This is a low-pressure space for people living with ADHD who are tired of feeling behind or overwhelmed by systems that donât stick. Itâs not a course and not coaching. Thereâs nothing to keep up with.
This space is run by a dad + son team, both with ADHD. Iâm 47 and was diagnosed at age 6. Iâve lived with ADHD through school/meds, the military, dropping out of college and later going back, demanding jobs, and building businesses. ADHD has made life harder at times, but itâs also fueled big interests Iâve chasedâmotocross racing, Ironman triathlons, starting a photography business, and coaching teen basketballâthrough passion, not perfection.
My son is a freshman in college, one of the top pole vaulters in NYS, and like many of us: smart, creative, and still figuring it out.
Bare minimum counts here. If this feels familiar, you belong here.
