If you need help being accountable with your movement/exercise, you can do it here. By being accountable to yourself, you might inspire others to do the same. Post your sweaty selfie on your exercise days and a selfie of your fun activities \(further movement🤭\) on your days off. On your workout days, go for it with gusto. Take care give your workout your best without getting hurt. Injuries can take 2 to 3 weeks for recovery and that can shatter your resolve to stay mobile. On your days off do fun activities. This is where I find i need the most help... Maybe I'll learn to shuffle dance on my rest days🤔 Still active, looks like alot of fun too. We shall see. Nobody's perfect, we're all gonna get busy doing orher things...family visits, vacations, sickness. Just remember this is for maintaining your ability to keep moving as you get older. Even if your movements need to be extremely modified, modify the crap out of them, but keep moving. If we don't use them we'll lose them. How sad.
